1. Company Information

These terms apply to all services provided by JD Drainage Solutions Ltd, registered at 74 Cucklington Gardens, Bournemouth, BH9 3QS.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3. Service Terms

Work will commence at the agreed time, subject to access and safe working conditions. We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative terms are agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card.

5. Guarantees

Drain clearance work carries a 28-day guarantee against recurrence of the same blockage. Structural repairs carry a minimum 12-month workmanship guarantee. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by third parties or pre-existing conditions.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a reasonable administrative charge.

7. Liability

We maintain full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work undertaken.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
